Click a server.
You're in.
A free Minecraft client and launcher with no Play button, no news feed and no ads. Your servers and worlds are the buttons: one click launches the game straight into them.
Server & world cards
Live player counts, ping and icons. Click a card and the game opens directly on that server or world.
Search everything
Ctrl+K in the launcher, Right Ctrl in game: type a mod, setting, server or world and press Enter.
Built-in mods
FPS, CPS, keystrokes, armor status, zoom, freelook, toggle sprint and more, with a drag-and-drop HUD editor.
Fast out of the box
Sodium, Lithium and other performance mods from Modrinth are installed and kept up to date for you.
Yours, not ours
No ads, no analytics, no tracking. Accounts stay encrypted on your own computer.
Every platform
Windows, macOS (Intel and Apple Silicon) and Linux, with the right Java set up automatically.
For server owners
Servers running the Basalt anticheat can verify that a player's mods are unmodified copies from Modrinth, block specific mods, and switch off client features such as freelook. Basalt's own checks still run on every player, so the client never makes anyone harder to catch.
